The staff was so willing to help in every way possible. They were amazing.
It was clean. Housekeeping short sheeted the bed

Cons -

It needed to have a ramp from the outside parking lot so you could roll luggage up to the hotel instead of carrying luggage up the stairs.
Bathroom needs to be rehabed
Towels were thin they did not provide enough- especially at de luxe prices
