I liked the lobby, the service quality at the front desk and the ability to book this room quickly.
It's difficult to say because the customer service ruined my stay.

Yes,the shower.we had hard times taking showers water kept going off on its own while i was still in showers with soap on me i called for help and woman did not help me not was i offered some type of apology
Staff not professional not pleasant beginning with checkin Fire alarm ringing and given no info staff annoyed to be asked
Upcharged for parking. Nonexistent customer service at check in and check out as clerk was rude and was not responsive to room nereds. Also sole elevator in building was not functioning

I liked the lobby, the service quality at the front desk and the ability to book this room quickly.

I did not like that the food delivery was not able to be brought to my room. I understand that for safety reasons that strangers are not permitted into the building but, I feel that the staff should be able to deliver it to the room if it is requested.
