- Front desk staff were very friendly

- The location was convenient to the Univ. of Rochester and UR Strong Hospital.
Cons -
- My room the handle was broken on the cabinet and on the door itself u can see the damage around the lock of the door .
- The common areas were dirty and the room was in poor repair. The front desk personnel were surly and unhelpful. We were told that breakfast was included on check in, but denied breakfast the second day.
- The front desk woman when I checked in was very rude and was not helpful when I had a booking issue. Probably the worst front desk person I have ever ran into during my travels and started my stay off on the wrong foot! All other staff were very pleasant.
