- The staff were great with the issue of the water park being closed
- The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The waterpark is obviously the star attraction and the kids had a blast!

Cons -
- The dust on the chandelier main lobby. Our room had dust in the ac, food under the couch water in batjhroom shower water shut off and back on
- They closed one of the larger slides for basically a whole day we were there which was disappointing since it is such a small place.
- The rooms need some updating especially the bathrooms
