- My booking was for the HomeTowne Studios but the bathroom was in poor condition. They immediately changed and upgraded our room for the Red Roof king size room. Fantastic customer care!
- Toilet too close to door of bathroom . My key card didn¿t work and outside door was unlocked most of the time

Customer service was excellent!
My booking was for the HomeTowne Studios but the bathroom was in poor condition. They immediately changed and upgraded our room for the Red Roof king size room. Fantastic customer care!
