- The hotel was fine. But the staff knew of the festival and road closure so should have notified guests checking in that the street was closed!!!
Cons -
- Floor was coming up in our room
- Not able to get to the hotel til 9:30 pm, 2 hrs late. The street was blocked off for 3 hrs for repair, but so was every other street nearby for a festival so we drove around in circles for 2 hrs. Called 2x and no one answered the phone at the hotel.
- The hotel left much to desire. There was questionable grime in the hallways and elevators. Flies/gnats took over one elevator car and that was disgusting. One elevator went out of service while staying at the hotel and there so no real focus on repairs.
