A great hotel in the center for its price.
I liked everything. Everything was as shown in the photo and description. The expectations were fulfilled.

Great location, walking distance from loads of sights and close to subway and bus station. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping came every day to make beds and provide fresh towels. Very quiet so slept well.
Very little floor space- so as 2 people with 2 medium suitcases, we didn’t have space to open the suitcases which was very awkward & moving around the room was challenging. Bathroom is also very small and has a sliding door (no seal) and frosted glass - so not much privacy. Water pressure in the shower was not great. Air con / heating unit was very load and didn’t seem to work. In general, it feels more like a hostel than a hotel.

Good location to move around Manhattan. Very close to the subway and loads of restaurants and coffee shops
Very busy and very noisy street but it is close to Times Square so is understandable Room coukd have been cleaner and the carpet in the room was smelly

It was a great price compared to all other hotels in that location. The room was quite small, but no need for any additional room. It's a great location.

Perfect location, safe building, friendly and helpful concierge!
A mini fridge in the room and complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, fruit) would be a nice addition.
