- the roof is amazing and the staff are super helpful. the location is excellent too.
- Great location; quiet, safe and convenient; lots of good food options nearby
- Very clean rooms and bathrooms, newly renovated
Cons -
- Customer has to ask for receipt of stay instead of given to them automatically before checkout because receipt verified time of last point of contact when filling for business purposes.
- the room was a little bit small and the bathroom was problematic, every time I showered the entire bathroom would flood even if i was super careful.
- The room type was deceptively advertised. It was listed as a suite but was actually a studio (despite there being another room type listed as a studio). The manager was rude and cruel to my wife and myself. This ruined our trip.
