Pros +
- Great location near China town and Little Italy. Large rooms that are very clean. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay the next time we visit NYC. Amazing price for NYC hotel!
- The location was excellent and the view of the Manhattan Bridge was great.
- This site as well as a couple of others state pet friendly. They are not, they were kind but animals were not allowed. Also, 1 Mmajor lightbulb was out in the bathroom. (above the mirror) I repeat, the staff was wonderful!
Cons -
- The staff was beyond rude and gave us a hard time since arrival
- Unfortunately the view of the Manhattan Bridge came with the noise of the traffic especially when there was back up. The furniture was old, the heat was not working so they put a vornado portable heater in room. The hallway and elevator smelled like pot
- There were a lot of gross carpet stains, but thankfully no smells. The furniture is getting worn. The toiletries provided are useless. Costs are cut to the bone and it shows. There are building maintenance concerns that need to be addressed.
