It features a rooftop bar that is accessible to non-guests, which raises concerns as there is no keycard control for guest rooms. This means non-guests can potentially access guest rooms as well. On one occasion, I was followed by a non-guest who chose not to go to the rooftop but instead followed me to my room.Additionally, the service is lacking, the rooms are outdated, and the so-called free Wi-Fi is unreliable. The rooms also lack blackout curtains, so be prepared to wake up around 7:00 a.m.

Chic and comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. Coffee bar fabulous and the croissants amazing.

Wonderful rooftop bar, very pretty. Clean hotel room and facilities. The location of this place is spot on in SOHO- great location for shopping and dining.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected & didn’t have much space but very manageable for a few days.

Beautiful clean hotel in a secluded area. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It is over priced. It would have been better if breakfast was included in the price.

Great location, 5-10 min walk to subway stops & walking distance to West Village & Tribecca. Room was clean, well appointed, comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot shower. Nice to have a bathroom door that closes properly (not a slider). Had a partial water view from 9th floor. Deluxe room is a decent size and easily fit two people with carry-ons. Isis at the front desk is excellent and provides professional service, a true hotelier. The staff was very friendly overall, professional and well trained. Free hot or ice coffee at Felix was a great bonus too.

While not an issue, the proximity to the UPS facility caused some minor noise in particular on Sunday evening (12am - 3am) which seemed to be a high activity time. It did not bother me, felt like normal city noise, but bothered my boyfriend who is very sensitive to noise. I also think the window had not been closed properly as we opened and reshut it and that seemed to help. So that’s a tip if you find the noise is getting through or wind is howling.

Rooftop bar and view over Hudson River with amazing sunsets. Also fantastic from our room. Loved the decor. Coffee shop downstairs was fab (Felix). Staff friendly and helpful

The shower dripped during the night

Better than others but staff were not very nice nor welcoming. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and good beds. At that price at least give a coffee or tea and a croissant for free for goodness sake!

Location is great. 24/7 corner store around the corner. Right in soho.
