Pros +

  • The bathroom was spotless, and I really loved the location. We could walk to Central Park, The Met, the MoMA, the theatre, and several subway stations. The staff was very helpful with storing luggage and arranging transportation at check out time.
  • Very clean
  • The location is fantastic and the breakfast is a great value. The staff were very helpful, as well.

Cons -

  • Zero communication, general manager is a liar, and incompent. Hotel elevators went out( we were on the 17th floor), cable TV was also out, internet was out, and brown water from our faucet with no compensation!
  • Elevators and water were bad
  • Most rooms are near an elevator and the elevators are in use all the time. I only noticed when I was trying to sleep.

Very clean
We all had neck pain due to the low quality pillow. Some room has too much noise from the elevator steel rope all night.
