Location is excellent. The facility is very clean, and the staff is friendly. In room amenities are pretty good. Price was fair, given the holiday season
Rooms are small. Our room wasn't available until just after stated check-in time (no early check-in).

Lovely small and friendly hotel. Great location walking distance to all attractions, lots of bars and restaurants in the same road. The cheese and wine hour at 5-7pmIs perfect. Free soft drinks and tea/coffee in the foyer area.
Nothing really - if I was going to be picky just one thing the windows would be nicer to have a curtain to pull over in the evenings as I didn’t feel comfortable with just the nets covering the windows.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Location for the price was amazing. Having a basic breakfast every morning and coffee & juice always available was great. The size of the room was excellent for the cost.
We were lower in the building, so there was road noise, bring ear plugs or a white noise machine.

My first time, but not my last. This hotel, just behind Carnegie Hall, is extremely conveniently located and well managed. The staff at the front desk, especially Elijah, is excellent. My room was spacious with all conveniences, such as iron and board, umbrellas, vanity kits, etc. Breakfast consisted of fresh hot dishes and a wide variety of cereals, breads, pastries, etc.
I have no complaints.

The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and accommodating and helped ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The location is a short block away from the subway and convenient for walking to the theater district.

Room size a little smaller than expectation, esp. given price--but manageable; TV controls unintelligible, and staff didn't clarify things well.
