Great Location. Quiet rooms.
A seating area would be nice by window. Wardrobe isn’t great. Too short for dresses, on a weird slant facing towards you. Not much space for clothes.

Great location just a couple blocks from Penn Station. Clean, comfortable, quiet room with really good air conditioning. All the expected charging plugs in the right places.
Rooms facing the street might be a bit noisier than the room on the back side I had.

The location of this hotel is ideal as only 10 minutes walk to Penn Station/Macy’s and an additional stroll to Times Square.Our room was at the 19th floor out of 21. It was modern, clean and calm. The room isn’t too big but suitable for the 4 of us. The amenities were a good quality.We used the fitness room and was great for a 3 stars hotel. We didn’t take our breakfast at the hotel because at the corner of our street we had more choices and we wanted to enjoy the real New Yorker experience vs. staying for breakfast at the hotel.Staff is very nice and welcoming. Next door there was a pub.We recommend this hotel as it is in the heart of the city and easy access to subways.
Probably a larger room would have been slightly better. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Great location, right in the middle of Manhattan. Close to bus, underground and Penn train station.Many of the main attractions are in walking distance. Staff in Cafe, downstairs in lobby are super friendly, nice coffee.
We had a room with two double beds for the family of 4. The size of the room and beds were on the small size. Otherwise beds were comfortable, room was on 17th floor, no problem with noise.

Good location and clean hotel with big elevator that fits big group
The rooms for 4 are very small especially with suitcases- we could not move in the room
