- Hotel is conveniently located by Madison Square Garden. My room was a decent size for a Manhattan hotel room. The hotel was clean. All staff were friendly, professional and very courteous.
- This hotel was very clean, recently renovated and close to the train station and Times Square. We had a nice view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Bistro on site was convenient. Would stay here again and highly recommend!
- Great Location! Easy walking distance to MSG, Time Square etc ....appreciated the security as well. They made sure all guest entering were staying at hotel
Cons -
- Although nice and renovated, it was a smaller room and we heard sirens frequently.
- It was perfect for my trip and I would go there again.
- Space was small, a transactional hotel that did not have facilities to be considered 4 stars or the rate I purchased it for.
