  • hotel housekeepers offer us water.
  • Location, character of the building, nice staff
  • The location. Easy to all transportation and restaurants

Cons -

  • Booked for the King room and sent us to a queen room without letting us know. The staff overcharged my card $500 and I caught her and she acted like nothing had happened. We complained about the charge, and they said she would fix it when we checked out.
  • I missed the restaurant that used to be there. New owners need to improve a few things. Step over tub with lack of grab bars for senior traveler. Great coffee shops nearby.
  • It wasn¿t that clean. The staff were horrible. They were rude, lack knowledge of their hotel and surrounding areas. They never smiled except for the door man. Basically had to wait 2.5 hours for a blanket. It didn¿t arrive until almost 12am.NEVER AGAIN
