M Social Hotel Times Square New York

Everything about this hotel is fantastic, the location, the rooms, the staff, the service, the food is top notch. There is absolutely nothing that I can complain about with this hotel.This is my second stay in the past year and the M Social will always be my go to hotel whenever I visit New York

if you're looking for a hotel walking distance to any theater, this is the one. room was spacious and comfortable

i would not recommend the breakfastoption, nothing bad but definitely lacking options other breakfast hotels include. The pillows are a challenge, one is too soft and two are too high, recommend bringing your own pillow if possible. Also you need to take two separate elevators to get to the street ,during busy times this can be an issue.

Not enough tables to cater for the volume of guests at breakfast. Had to queue for 15 mins most days.

Great location to explore the city! Central park, Rockefeller centre, Empire state building, Public library, Grand central, etc - everything is 10-15 mins walk. Sub stations are 5 mins walk, so you can easily reach any other part of the city. Room was very decent size, beds - super comfy. Shower had good pressure and even the hair dryer was ok. We had a room with a view - overlooking times square. Great bonus point.

The only small downside - it did not have coffee making facilities in the room. But we knew that before booking.

The location was good. It is all within 1-2 miles of the areas I wanted to see. Plenty of metro stations around the area. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops around the area. Staff from housekeepers, concierge, security were all friendly, professional and always helpful. The facilities are good. Plenty of towels, pillows, and very comfortable bed. TV has plenty of shows. Comfortable lounge area.

The water fountain was broken on our floor. I believe there is one on every floor. Just be aware that it is a central location and the noise levels of the street can be too loud.

The hotel is located in the heart of Times Square. We requested a high-floor room with a view of Times Square and our request was granted. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with security guards at the entrance. The overall atmosphere is excellent.We received a large and spacious room with two double beds.

MSocial is in the heart of Times Square. It is next to a convenience store, across the road from a cafe, and McDonalds is around the corner. Times Square is a 5-10 minute walk. The location is excellent.

I love this hotel, excellent view, the location is very great. The rooms very clean and good space and the beds is good. Very very comfortable, nice atmosphere in the lobby and lounge.

Perfect location for our stay and reasonably priced for the location
