Review summary
The hotel reviews present a mixed sentiment, highlighting both positive and negative experiences. Many guests appreciated the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and great location with convenient access to attractions, alongside friendly and helpful staff. However, concerns about cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and high prices detracted from the overall satisfaction, leaving some guests feeling that the hotel did not offer good value for money.

The room was large and the beds very comfortable. I also appreciated having a tub. The staff was wonderful!!
I was very upset that I wasn’t told about the $35 daily charge in addition to what Booking.com quoted. They explained that I could use that $35!towards food at the Ambassador Grill or the UN Cafe, but they were quite expensive so I would not normally have my food there. I also wish they had laundry service! I was also sad that it was an 11 minute walk to the nearest subway station.

It’s a nice hotel. The rooms are large and the views are great. I was warned that the staffing was suspect. The person at the reception desk was older and unwelcoming and pokey. Spoke so lowly that he was hard to understand! Can’t they find bubbly young people!

Would have to say it’s one of the worst hotels that I have stayed at. Dirty bedsheets, dirty carpet, no room service, not even toothbrushes or toothpaste and not to mention there was only one towel for a corner king room. Horrible value for the amount of money im paying for this room. Will definitely not be coming back.

Great location and view over the city. Good size of the room.
Hotel does not offer any of the typical 4 stars services (eg. room service, call a taxi). Staff is in general quite unfriendly. Room soundproofing was very bad.

The restaurant was very good. The hotel was quiet and our accessible room was very comfortable. The location was excellent.
I was uncomfortable with how high our floor was.

Clean , spacious room (very spacious for Manhattan ). Very quite. Gym available on site, which is great. Excellent location for commuting. Lots of food options and shops around the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay. Highly recommended.
All was fine. Perhaps to have some glases and cups (other then paoer) would be nice.

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful. Location was perfect for our needs.
Dirty carpet as I walked in. Poor lighting ann worn towels. Lighting was the worst.

Great location for our needs.
The hotel charges an incremental fee of .$40+ dollars and then dives you a credit of $35 if you spend $35 at the hotel. That’s outrageous. They way overcharge for food when there are far better options located just outside the hotel, and force you to eat inside with this fee gimmick! As a Hilton honors members find that treatment insulting.
