Excellent location, super clean and comfortable. Felt luxurious for us, and for being in manhattan, super quiet. Slept wonderfully here.
Not much of a lobby or anything, but rooms are great. Would stay again.

I had a handicap accessible room with 2 queen beds. Everything in this room works perfectly from the electronic shades to the spacious bathroom. The location on East 64th St. is superb, safe, clean, and near many restaurants, cafes, and hospitals if that is your reason for being there. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. You can order delivery from three nearby restaurants which is a lifesaver if you are very tired or it's raining/snowing. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Everything about the hotel is excellent. Courteous, friendly staff and willing to assist with restaurant suggestions. I needed a private car for an event I was attending with my family and they were able to arrange the slightly complicated route we were to take. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
