Great location. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff.
My room had a musty odor. The toilet paper was the very cheap kind, super thin. I expect more from Lowes/price.

The location was very good. Elevator security.
Women that checked me in had me wait almost two hours for a room. She couldn’t answer basic questions about the hotels. I did not like the breakfast plus it was served cold instead of hot. I did not like the coffee. It was very bitter. Also very little area in the bathroom. No vanity to speak of. The electric outlet was across the toilet and so was the makeup mirror, making it impossible to use. No large tub for a nice bath. Room also in need of maintenance. Chipped tub, clogged sink, paint peeling off the ceiling, rug needs to be re-stretched so you don’t keep tripping over it. Pillows were extremely mushy.

The service is always excellent at the Loews Regency. Beds are comfortable and room is clean.
The room we got 508 was looking in need of some TLC. The exterior doors were chipped and banged up as well as the dressers area across from the bed. There also was a kind of stale smell in the room.

Rooms were quiet. Bed’s comfortable
Check in was delayed. Went to a restaurant. Told we could not sit at bar b/c my son is 12. Next morning sat in restaurant for 20 minutes w/o ordering. Parked car w Valet but could not arrange car to be brought around w/o ticket number. Hitel should have that on hand.

Early Check-in, Late Check-out, friendly, accommodating staff. Very positive experience and we have stay here before.
