- The location to where we needed to be
- Location is excellent. For NYC standards, the room was really spacious, even had walk in closet. Bathroom was also clean, with enough space. Reasonably clean place overall. Internet worked well. Other than incorrect star-rating, this place is ok.

- We were not informed of the construction upon booking. The scaffolding was right outside our windows with trash bags up against them and the windows did not lock. I cannot believe this hotel has a 4 star rating. I would never stay here again.
- Thought this was the Wall Street Hotel. Very deceptive name and marketing. It is not even close to the quality of the Wall Street hotel. Everything was crooked and janky. Not high quality.
- This is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. Average 3-star hotel or a bit less. Room does not have a desk or chair. No ice machine anywhere.
