Pros +
- Staff is always on point.
- We did not know it was going to close soon which made our stay extra special. The room was elegant and gorgeous and clean. The Sunday Brunch was spectacular! The best we had ever experienced.
- Welcome bottled water and treats.
Cons -
- Occasionally we ran into a staff member who had already "checked out" probably depressed knowing the place was closing which is somewhat understandable.
- Better communication
- Rooms are old. Outside was cold but room was hot. To cool down room, needed to open the window.

Location was great for midtown meetings
