- Responsive staff. Free self help coffee in lobby, not forced to stand in line like at competitors.
- Service
- Nothing. The staff was rude, rooms are tiny and very bad experience overall
Cons -
- The hotel had a mandatory (and un marketed) charge of $35 per day that was charged to your room for credit. I was in NYC as a bridesmaid for a wedding, so I was never even there during the times that I could use the credit.
- I didn?t like anything. This is not even 2.5 star hotel.
