- The location was very desirable. Close enough to everything, while being off the beaten path.

Cons -
- The elevator is slow, but that is a common complaint in New York. There is even a sign saying that it is for our ?safety? that the elevators operate the way they do.
- The first room that I was given, which was an upgrade, there was no heat, dealing with that issue caused too much time to be wasted switching room, not enough time to get dressed before leaving for the show and we were late resulting in poor seats.
- The room was too small for 2 people
