Fantastic rooftop bar with great coctails. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Location was absolutely spot on for us, close to Penn Station and a good base for all sort of trips. Good breakfast options too. Well equipped, great size gym.
Some more no/low-sugar breakfast options would be great.

Quiet floor, clean room, a bit small for two people over 6Ft tall but nevertheless our stay was good. We loved Sean at the front desk for engaging and informative.

Very good hotel in an excellent location, amazing view from the rooftop terrace. And let me highlight the breakfast, it was fantastic! Not the ususal American style with only egg and French fries, but there was plenty of vegetables and fruits, yogurt etc. And the waffle - simply the best!
Personnel's communication. Our baggages didn't make it, had to wait 2 days to get them but when they arrived to the hotel no one notified us and they didn't seem to know what we were talking about. In the end we got our baggages, but was not smooth.

Location, breakfast, gym, roof top bar.
Limited number of elevators (3) for a 24 floor building and at capacity meant long waits to use one at all times of the day. Not helped by there being no service elevator for house keeping and other staff to use. That meant when it did stop for you the access was blocked by large cleaning trolleys.

Location: just opposite to the new wing of Penn Station - this is the only reason that I picked this hotel as I had quite early / late train tickets booked. Also, the hotel is like within 10 mins walk to Edge / Vessel and around 10-15 mins by walk to Empire State Building. Room: Quiet and equipped with basic and standard facilities.
Quietness: Very poor. Can almost here everything happening in other rooms, like chatting, TV sounds, and even mobile rings. Room: Quite packed, barely has any room left after we like two persons laid down two suitcases. Breakfast: Do not recommend to book breakfast in this hotel. Very basic food supply in terms of variety and quality. While on the other hand, there are quite a few brunch / cafe in the neighborhood within 5 min walk. Service: Very minimum.

The Hotel is in a good location. Opposite Penn Street Amtrak Station. Staff friendly. Room comfortable and generally quiet. Storage/shower/breakfast all OK. Wi Fi good.
Sometimes, there is a wait for the lift.
