Location is great. Close to everything
The hotel is very old and clearly in need of renovation. Inside, it feels unclean. The table lamps were stained and greasy, the curtains were very dirty, and the bathrooms are outdated. The room had a musty, old smell. We chose this hotel mainly because of the location and because breakfast was advertised as included. However, the hotel told us they do not offer breakfast at all, even though we paid for it.The check-in experience was terrible and very confusing. First, we were told to go to a different desk in the neighboring hotel next door. When we went there, they said it was a mistake and sent us back. When we returned, we were told, “Why did you come back? You were supposed to stay there.” Then the receptionist checked the computer again and said, “Oh, actually your room is here, it’s just not showing in the system yet.”This completely ruined our first impression.

Staff was very kind and easy to work with. The room was clean w a great view. The elevator was fast. The location was perfect. Easily accessible to everything in time square. The price was the best compared to other hotels.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only negative was that I had booked a premium room that was supposed to have a view, and it definitely did not. Also the gym is in the attached hotel, and it is nice but does not have any workign bikes. The breakfast is a "to-go' breakfast, but is actually pretty good.

very comfortable room and bed nice location
the grab and go breakfast i think the manager can keep the same concept but should put in the M level some chairs and tables instead to take the food and coffee to the rooms

Location, the times square is at the door step. Perfect location for walking to many of the NYC attractions. Room was spacious, bed was comfy. Maintenance was responsive, the water bottle was refreshed daily.
From check-in, the reception felt unwelcoming. The room was spacious and on the 15th floor, but it faced the backs of nearby buildings with large HVAC units, creating constant, intrusive noise day and night. Better soundproofing (e.g., triple glazing) could mitigate this. The ventilation grilles were clogged with old dust, and the wallpaper is peeling in several areas. Overall, the room is in urgent need of renovation, and the design feels dated. The breakfast is not a true continental offering: only sealed, long-life bagels, muffins, or croissants, plus juice (no water), push‑button dispenser coffee, fruit, and cereals. There is no dining area, so everything must be taken to the room in a paper bag. The room has no proper table and no chair at a usable height, making it uncomfortable to eat.

Hotel in a fantastic location in Manhattan, just a 1-minute walk from Times Square and 5 minutes from the subway. Spacious room with a skyscraper view, with coffee pods for the coffee machine always restocked and water included in the room rate. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. The bathroom was very large, with both a bathtub and a shower, and was always perfectly clean.
The bathroom and some of the furniture are worn and should be replaced. For example, after opening the wardrobe door, I wasn’t able to close it again. I also had a negative experience with one of the reception staff when picking up my luggage after check-out. I feel that they don’t appreciate when someone doesn’t understand every single word in English, which I believe is absolutely normal and understandable. In fact, one staff member raised her voice at me in an irritated way because I hadn’t realized she had asked me to follow her. However, all the other staff members were very kind and helpful.Breakfast is served on the mezzanine floor and must be taken to your room in a paper bag. It is very basic and limited to packaged pastries. Do not expect the buffet breakfast usually offered in 4-star hotels; it feels more like a B&B-style breakfast.

Room size and amenities were perfect for a multi-day stay. Location was close to many attractions and dining options. The deli across the street has great soup! Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Bathroom had a very nice and very large tub that we did not use versus a very small shower that we used daily. Would have preferred a larger shower. Also, a small refrigerator in the room would have been nice so we could keep drinks cold.

The location was amazing, close to Times Square, Bryant park and subway stations. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Having coffee both in the room and downstairs was great for mornings. The grab and go breakfast was a nice perk.

Good location, local to a variety of things
They had a big tub in bathroom but stopper was broken so couldn’t take a bath which was unfortunate since I had attended a big expo during day and body could have benefited from it.
