Pros +
- It felt very much like a boutique hotel. It was fun, fresh, unique, comfortable, and convenient. The room service was easy and the overnight oats were excellent and reasonably priced for the area. The bars on-site were popular. The bodega had good snacks.
- Fun, hip vibe, phenomenal staff.
- great place, amenities and mostly quiet. Rooms were small but effecient and comfortable.
Cons -
- Extra fees/conveniences were not advertised well, and I wish they were more accessible. I would've used the citi bikes had I been given clear instructions/access at check-in. Water cans weren't replenished if room wasn't cleaned. Room service was glitchy.
- No dresser of any kind in the hotel room (which is because NYC hotels are tiny which I understand).
- The urban fee that was not noted when completing the reservation
