Great hotel - location was great. Loved the room, it was big and clean.

Checkin is fairly late (16:00 PM). Elevators were slow and often loaded.

Excellent hotel and staff, great location, close to all attractions.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Our room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. I had to work from the room occasionally and truly appreciated the reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi.

I loved the room and the bathroom. We had been dealing with showers on a cruise ship for over two weeks so it was nice to take a shower with actual water pressure. The location was great. It was easy to walk to multiple places.

My only issue was feeling pressured to attend the vacation club meeting to try to get me to buy a timeshare. I wish I had known that was going to happen so I could at least mentally prepare after two weeks of traveling and being exhausted.

Air con tends to have a loud noise but it is still bearable. Room size a bit small but acceptable.

Good hotel in a great location. We asked for a city view and could see Empire State Building! Cafes for breakfast within walking distance. We walked from Penn Station to hotel with our luggage, was easy to find and took about 15 mins. Can walk/subway to wherever you want to be.Most staff were very helpful and friendly. Everywhere was very clean and cleaners were super helpful for anything needed. Due to the weather we did not get to use the roof top bar.

As Brits abroad we would have appreciated a kettle in the room but realise coffee is king in USA. We were two adults and 1 child (age11). We had a room with two double beds. There was a lot of furniture in the room which meant we didn't have a lot of room for cases, but we managed as obviously only really sleeping there.

Very good location, friendly staff, Rooftop Bar with Empire State Building view. The room was very clean. Continental Breakfast in the Hotel Café or just around the corner on 5th or 6th Avenue. Short walking distance to Times Square, Empire, Summit. No extra charges.

Excellent location in Midtown, within walking distance of the theater district as well as other major sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Activities available at the hotel including wine and cheese gathering on the house.

Narrow hallways in which sound resonates especially if room is close to elevator.
