Quiet and pretty location. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops in the West Village, Greenwich Village and Chelsea. Grand Deluxe room on high floor with great view. Very spacious and comfortable. Five star quality and design. Friendly staff especially the doormen. I would stay again
Our Grand Deluxe room only had a Queen bed - I think a King bed should be standard in such a large room. No water provided in the room so you either have to buy it yourself or ask at reception and they will produce small cartons from under the counter. They told me they aren’t allowed to offer it but can give it to guests if requested. Only a small complaint but I would expect a five star hotel to provide water by the bed. Also no turn down service. Again that’s unusual in my experience for a five star hotel.

The location is perfect, the hotel was very clean and had great facilities. Staff were overall very good, helpful and attentive.
Weirdly I could hear the rooms around me but not all the time - I could hear a sigh or a zipper sometimes and other times nothing. I had someone else's alarm wake me up 3 x one morning at 6am as I guess he didn't want to get up and kept pressing snooze!

The hotel was great – in a perfect location, with a comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Everything was smooth and well-organized, making the stay really enjoyable overall.

tea and coffee making facilities in room would be goodice machines would be good given you given ice bucketsI could not download the lululemon app so did not manage to use the yoga mirror

It is in a wonderful location and the facilities are excellent.
We paid a $1000 security deposit for each room. We did not charge anything to the rooms. One month after check out this has still not been returned to our bank account. They say it could be up to 30 working days which is 6 weeks holding our money. This was not explained to us at check in- they just said it will be returned to you on check out. Very misleading and unnecessary.
