- Staff are amazing! Helpful and friendly.
- We had a corner room .. soo the view was amazing. especially since it was our first visit to NYC. Also the location in general. Perfect!! Highly recommend this hotel.

- Very clean and rooms are a good size.
- No. Was very happy with EVERYTHING!!
- Hard to find entrance from street. Loading/unloading area was hard to see. Thin walls and water pipe tapping noise. But generally quiet for the area. Sometimes too many folks sitting/chatting in lounge area. Not great if your room is on that floor.
