- Excellent hotel for couples trip. Super clean, super comfortable mattress, kind staff, location can't be beat.
- Restaurant staff was good.
- Very short walk to Penn stations for Amtrak. A true king size bed with nice sheets & pillows. Friendly staff at front desk. Relatively large room for a NYC hotel. Good water pressure & hot water in shower. Free WiFi
Cons -
- No. Everything was great.
- They didn't mention about the destination fee while booking. Also parking information is not clear while booking.
- The $20 daily resort fee does not allow purchase of items at the pantry. The item from pantry (eg can of soda) must be taken to the bar for purchase at a highly inflated price (compared to the pantry price). This is an utter rip off.
