- The room
- Main entrance staff very professional, pleasant, and provided hotel and area information.
- Great location. Ease of access to food, shopping, movie theatre, and other fun activities plus nightlife. Great view from the 9th floor and even better view in the dining room during breakfast. Breakfast experience was very top notch on the 10th floor.
Cons -
- The staff Eboni was terribly nasty and rude made me wait to check in so long saying my reservation wasn?t paid for.. Treated me terribly..
- Housecleaning threw away my ice, did not leave dishwasher soap. Kitchen was backward to use. Could not reach things in cabinet. Missing a lot of silverware. Had just come from the one in Manhattan which was perfect. Location not convenient.
- Parking attendant had guests park on left side when entering parking garage at front entrance. This was the opposite way that the arrows and parking of cars flowed. On purpose he wanted or expected these cars to back in the space. Not good.
