Pros +
- Very clean environment, friendly staff, and spacious rooms.
- Location and ability to use shuttle from the airport to hotel. Ryan was really pleasant to talk to while on the shuttle.
- Great location to ISP airport. Convenient to food options
Cons -
- I was unaware that the shuttle hours were noon to 8pm. While I used it for pickup from the train to the hotel, it was not available for me to take to the airport for my morning flight.
- Facility was not clean. Staff was rude. Even though we payed for breakfast included option and had booked for all family members together they said it was only covered for one of us to have breakfast which did not make sense !
