- It was beautifully decorated, comfy, spacious and fairly clean.
- The hotel is warm, inviting, clean and relaxing. The location is an easy Uber or subway ride into Manhattan. The staff is wonderful too:

- The $350 deposit when my room was only $--- ,a night. The staff was not helpful and rushed both my check in and check out process. They treated me like a transaction vs. a guest. They had price lists for things in the room which felt super tacky.
