- I had a bed bug in my room on the other bed. That stuff should be checked before letting people book
- Cleanseness the bathroom towels were not clean the dry off towels had a order smh. The bathroom was clean as it should have been. Hair from the customer before me was left on the sink and bathroom floor. Towels were not changed the next day.
- Microwave was a bit beat-up & fidgety to use (though still functional), the tub faucet gushed water even when the water is switched to the shower-head, the bathroom faucet was a bit cranky & could use redoing, & there was only one small bar of hand soap.
