Pros +
- Comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast. Great beds.
- Front staff were helpful and kind. The shower pressure was good.
- The customer service we had tv issues and they couldn't be fixed so we were offered a discount and a room change the next day. But we didn't have to move because spectrum came during the day while we were out and fixed the tv.
Cons -
- The coffee station should offer really creamer. The older stuff was nasty.
- People in the room above me were extremely loud. It sounded like they were dropping anvils on the floor. The staff should have been able to hear this racket and done something. I had to call staff and complain.
- The non-smoking room smelled of smoke and had saran wrap over the smoke detector. The one bad smelled so bad I could not sleep on it. There was a line through the tv screen reception was poor. In the AM the cleaning staff opened the door while I showered.
