- Room was excellent for our needs. The refrigerator and microwave were both used. The bed was comfortable. The TV stations were plentiful. Parking was very convenient.
- Proximity to SUNY Geneseo
- Cleanliness! I was so comfortable there because it was so nice and clean.
Cons -
- We are non-smokers and the smokers were right outside the entry door and so the smoke filtered into the room
- Bathroom could use a bit of updating
- is up 20% since covid
