- Loved the suite layout. One long space with two rooms and a solid door between is perfect for family travel - or two people like us who wake up at different times. All the exercise machines were in excellent condition.
- Big shower
- Hotel room was clean & spacious. Great location to SUNY Cortland. Staff was very friendly.
Cons -
- Flawless.
- An additional $20 deposit required. Breakfast offering was not good
- Housekeeping entered loudly despite do not disturb sign on the doorknob. Some staff were less friendly and helpful than others were even though most were great. Late night front desk service may be slow.
