very clean and everything worked
The location was convenient & a perfect distance from the show that we were in town to see. The room was very clean!
Close to where I was visiting.

Cons -

Other guests were smoking right outside of our room, which wafted through the air conditioner & into our room. There should be a designated smoking area away from the rooms. Not sure if the picnic table area on the side would suffice for a smoking area?
Mattress was uncomfortable
TV wouldn't work Desk person nice seemed to live there/went to bed so didn't want to bother them Corners/woodwork looked like very long since cleaning.Wood worn & very scratched.Room needed update but slept well 3 unknown leg bites in AM No brkfst

Near a cute town. Cute exterior. Wifi near highway but hard to find in dark Would have expected to pay less, considering room and no breakfast.
