- The view from our room
- parking was not user friendly, building access doors were inappropriate, no small coffee table in room, no microwave in room, only 1 trash bin in room....a lot of little things!
- I booked 3 rooms all the same and was charged $200 more for one of the rooms. It was corrected but no offer to provide a discount or credit for the error (which I found, questioned and had to have discussed with the manager)
