- Beautiful setting
- The location was good for me and the hotel is historic. However it has sulfer water, needs renovation and is just expensive for what you get.
- Charming hotel in the Catskills. The country breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty.
Cons -
- Things were in poor repair, loose doorknobs, ceiling tiles off kilter
- The sulfer water was pretty strong when taking a shower. The TV service was broken and the first floor is so bumpy it is a tripping hazard.
- The check-in process could have been more efficient. Although a charming hotel, it will require some upgrades and maintenance to ensure that people continue to visit.
