Breakfast is good, it has reasonably good variety including fresh food, egg omelets as well as boiled eggs, breads etc. Drinking water, tea and coffee are available 24 hours without charge. There is small restaurant facility and a bar at the hotel. There are many food options available around the hotel.Room was clean. There is a good natural light in the room. However, we would prefer little more light at night.Location is good, two subway stations with multiple lines within 7/8 minutes walk. Check in and check out were fast and there is a facility to store bags post check out.

Lighting in the room at night could be better

The hotel was really comfortable. The staff was absolutely exquisite with us, extremely nice. Breakfast had everyday different options. Location is really close to many attractions and metro station.

Sometimes our radiator would get cold and needed to be turned off and on again.

The room was clean and had absolutely everything we needed! I loved the delicious morning breakfast and 24 hr coffee bar. The staff were exceptional, they were always helpful, joyful, and attentive to our needs. Would definitely book again!

We didn't know that we had to pay $700 deposit and it wasn't mentioned in any confirmation.Also the breakfast was too american, no healthy options.

We did enjoy our stay overall, but there were definitely some highs and lows worth noting.The Good:✅ The location was excellent — convenient, safe, and close to great restaurants and attractions.✅ The hotel and rooms were clean and well-maintained, and breakfast was a nice touch to start the day. ☕

The Not-So-Good:❌ Despite requesting higher floors and adjoining rooms upon booking, we received neither.❌ Our room was very noisy — we could clearly hear street traffic all night, along with guests talking and coughing through the walls.❌ The pillows were extremely thin and worn, which made sleeping difficult.For the premium price we paid, we expected a more restful and comfortable experience. While the hotel’s location and cleanliness were definite positives, the noise level and lack of attention to room requests made our stay disappointing overall.

My room had no views as i requested. We came to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, not even a congratulatory balloon or card. Not even the receptionist wished us happy anniversary and it was logged on my reservations as the reason we were visiting

We were going to Brooklyn (not Manhattan), and the location was great for our trip. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

Stayed here in Brooklyn rather than manhatten. Quieter, nearer manhatten and Brooklyn bridge. Use air train and subway to get from JFK. Subway into manhattan easy to negotiate. Hotel really nice. Rooms quite large and very clean. Breakfast included in our stay.
