- Cleanliness and great customer service
- Convenient, roomy, bed was very comfortable, had temperature control, desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, cleaning staff was very responsive
- The hotel rooms are apartment studios more than conventional hotel rooms. A full kitchen and cafe table with two chairs make it an easy place to have necessities and downtime in the room. The hotel staff was kind.

- That late checkout was $50 an hour
- Bathroom had no counter space, huge step into bath/shower, hard rain last night caused leak in kitchen from ceiling
