- Way too easy to hear conversations, and talk from the next room. VERY disconcerting.
- I did not rest the two nights due to the mattress being extremely hard and uncomfortable in room 438
- I didn¿t like it that I found out when I was checking in that there would be a $70 incidentals charge. They waived it bc it was my first time staying there, but I¿ve never experienced a charge like that before. I wish they were more explicit prior to book
