  • The staff were accommodating. I needed to rest as long as I could before checking out and I was permitted to stay another hour at no additional cost. I inadvertently took an hour and a half and they didn't get angry ?.
  • The king size room was at great value. It was very clean and it also had a nice view.

  • they canceled my reservation and then rebooked me into a hotel that closed on our arrival date ???
