Very clean rooms

In room 807 the bathroom vent was not working.

Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast.

Not much around hotel.

Near metro, but quite long time take to the city. Around 40min. Recommend to pay extra for the Liberty view. Good that you have breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Every day same breakfast, but it was good. Something could change if you stay many nights. Really small rooms and bed is quite small for two. If you turn heater on, there comes smell like mud. But if you travel nice weather you don’t need that and it was good that you get Windows little bit open. Not expensive area. You eat in restaurant 1/3 price than in Manhattan etc. You can feel safe because police station is next building.

Good breakfast, not super fancy but we ate out most of the time anyway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really good to be able to leave cases after check out - much better than carrying them around with us on final day of holiday :-) Room was really comfortable. Powerful shower and electric toilet!! Subway was 5 mins walk. Easy. Great views! Lucky to have stayed on the top floor end room so had views of both statue of liberty to the NW and manhattan skyline to the NE.

The gym was quite basic - would have liked more equipment but good to even have one at all.

The place is good for exploring NYC, you will be out all the time. The breakfast is good, not very varied, but it helps you start the day. It's a few blocks from the subway, and the surroundings aren't pretty, but they're safe. There's a police station nearby. A special mention to Aadi, who helped us with information and warmly welcomed Chileans, as he has lived here and speaks perfect Spanish. The clean bathrooms and shower worked well, with a good temperature and pressure.

The beds were a good size, but the mattresses were uncomfortable; they needed replacing and were too soft in the middle.

I would have liked more directions about how to use the air conditioner and the toilet!

This was my second time staying at the hotel. And I returned because my daughter and I were comfortable the first time around. Its a great location, safe and not just because its across the street from a police station. But all in all just a pleasant home away from home.

I know the hotel has to make additional money somehow but I didn't like that I had to pay for every package I had delivered to me while staying there.

Clean facilities. conscientious, accommodating and friendly staff.

Staff are kind, friendly, approachable, and super understanding. I appreciate the complimentary breakfast and gym onsite. The hotel is very clean and feels new - common areas as well as the rooms. All of this made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Thanks! We had a great time
