The location
Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons -

Lack of towels. Hotel needs updating and could have been cleaner.
The pool area hours were limited, jacuzzi was broken and there were not any face or hand towels.
The staff who greeted me was a bit snarky. I didn?t realize that I was parked two feet into the valet section; and the hotel called nypd on me. Even the cops said they wouldn?t have bothered me if the hotel didn?t call. Rude experience.
