- The staff was wonderful (especially the front desk/concierge staff).

Cons -
- The little market (sodas, chips, drinks) is obnoxiously priced, but it is what it is. That's the price of the convenience in having items available to you downstairs 24/7
- No breakfast for the cost and beds were dirty
- For what I paid and staying in a suite breakfast was not included and the woman was rude
