Pros +
- The staff! Check-in was more than efficient and pleasant. It was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room and the hotel itself were clean and updated. But the reliable professionalism of the staff was just outstanding and made my stay excellent.
- Staff - wonderful!
- The bed I slept in was so wonderful and soft. There were two queen beds and one was firm and one plush. I slept like a baby in the plush one!
Cons -
- Very minor - but the pool in the middle of the courtyard was a drawback for me. The smell of chlorine and the noise took away from the experience. I did find that the noise and smell were greatly reduced inside of the room - definitely not dealbreakers.
- I wished I had been told heater had been substituted for central heat. Need more grab bars in bathroom. Toilet should be higher for accessibility. Lotta door slamming after 10 ? called front desk.
- The only issue were the beds. It's a common thing with most hotels in that the mattresses aren't firm enough and too springy
