Stopped here for an overnight stay on a road trip between Niagara Falls and Boston. Twin Queen room was clean, comfortablle and there was ample space for our stay. We enjoyed a beer and evening meal in the 'sports' bar, food was good and plentiful! Free car parking.
Nothing, thank you.

I liked the location, parking facilities, staff, security, and room.
No Coffee available all day.My room was across from staff closet and sounded like someone was coming in my room all day long. No hot tub

The breakfast was really good. Our kids enjoyed the pool, which, was why we chose to stay here. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location. Was afraid about not a lot of room for parking as we were there for an evening concert but it was fine. Great time with me and my older girls.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Room was a good size and well equipped. Bathroom was fine. It's a good, pleasant walk to the tourist sights. Handy, cheap parking in the neighbouring multi-storey.
Nothing. It was all good.

The location is amazing. You can feel safe walking at night, even as a single woman. The Gardens are a block away. Ample luxury shopping. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Back Bay. The service is impeccable. My son got hungry 10 min to 11 and they were able to get sliders up to us by 11, my son said they were the best sliders he ever ate. Very child friendly and dog friendly .
Nothing, we are always happy staying here, and will continue to stay here everytime we are in Boston. ****You absolutely need to get a suite if you are looking for space (the same goes for all historic/older Hotels in Boston. ).***
