Staybridge Suites Albany Wolf Rd - Colonie Center by IHG

The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room was phenomenal - It was huge, immensely clean, and honestly made our stay at the hotel part of our routine while staying. Everything was immaculate within our room and the full hotel. The staff were not just accommodating, they were exceptional. With the beautiful building, activities, pool, hot tub, and proximity to the massive shopping center (and restaurants!) the hotel was, itself, a destination in my vacation. I never knew I'd be getting that here, but I am immensely pleased that I did. For the cost, Staybridge Suites was fantastic. It was a premium hotel experience in all definitions of the word.

I would have loved room service, but at the price point I paid, I didn't expect it. It would have been a bit nicer if there was an elevator in closer proximity to the hotel lobby as well.

Convenient location, quiet, excellent breakfast, clean

Great spacious room, well equipped with a comfortable desk and chair. The location was perfect for me since I needed to stay in the area, but not sure how great it is overall. Overall a pretty good hotel, especially if you can book at a discounted price.

The check-in was a bit odd. The staff member told me they'll be back in a minute and disappeared and I just sat there waiting and the other staff member who was there completely ignored me until I got up and walked towards them. Their attitude was really "meh". None of the usual introduction to the facilities or "your breakfast is included and you'll be having it here", etc. Just "here's your key, bye".I can assure you I'm not that entitled and picky, but the staff's attitude on my arrival was really like they preferred to be elsewhere, and maybe that's it, they really don't enjoy their job. It got a bit better after the first day, but not really the warm and welcoming service I'm used to receiving in the US.

The hotel is very clean and well managed. The rooms are very nice! Indoor pool and hottub are very nice and clean. Both pool and hot tub have a handicap lift that is easy to use. You just have to let the front desk know you will be using them and they will bring the battery pack you need to operate them. They have an awesome hot and cold breakfast buffet with enough varieties for everyone. They also do a FREE themed dinner every Mon-Wed from 5:30 - 7:00 which is Amazing! The staff here are so Nice and accommodating. Many of them went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.? Thank you for the Awsome customer service!! ? ?

The one bedroom suite was very spacious and the breakfast had plenty of options that were tasty. The staff were very friendly and polite. The location was walking distance to Colonie mall. The bed was very comfortable. The common areas were very spacious that you d CD a come out of your room and relax in the sun.

I really enjoyed the stay and liked everything about the hotel

We were traveling from AZ to ME and this was by far the best property. The room was clean and spacious. The social reception the breakfast were both outstanding. My wife doesn’t usually care for hotel complimentary breakfast and to quote her, I am a happy camper. We will seek out other Staybridge hotels in all our future travels. Hats off to the management and staff.

There was nothing at all to find fault with here.

I thought the rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety and the outdoor patio was so fun to sit on at night by the fire. We took three kids and the pool was perfect for them, also very clean. You can walk to the mall across the road within five minutes. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I was very impressed with this hotel. It was a bit more than others in the area (may have been because it was graduation weekend) but worth every penny.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is a great place for families. The pool is wonderful and safe for children, everything is clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Thank you to the staff!
